Today I wanted to share 7 sites using WordPress Business themes for women. All these sites use pre-built WordPress themes in their backend to deliver an exceptional online presence for their business. All of these WordPress themes still allow you to blog (also important for any business) but these themes have additional functionality and layout options that you can use for a killer business site.
Most importantly, all of these themes let you do more with your Homepage layout – many offer a slideshow and call to action areas to better introduce who you are and the services you offer.
Of course, you’re free to customize, logos, fonts and colours to rebrand these WordPress themes and you don’t need to hire a developer to do so! One thing you’ll notice will all these sites is it’s good use of images – a functional websites can be a great deal of help but a lot of it has to do with great images/photos and content so also think about how you want to present your information and brand.
Also note: You’ll need to be running a self-hosted WordPress website to install these themes (you can NOT install these themes on WordPress.com). I have a video that explains how to setup a self-hosted WordPress website if you need more help here.
Hope these will help inspire or help you setup your online business website!
1. October Ink
October Ink uses WordPress and has customized the Bridge WordPress theme for their online presence. Bridge uses the Visual Composer for building pages and if you haven’t worked with a Visual Composer before, it’s a little bit of a learning curve even if you are familiar with WordPress. I recommend importing one of the demo sites then editing the theme from there – there are actually a HUNDRED demos to choose one so you are likely to find one that suits your business.
