If you are hosting your WordPress site, there may want access to all your files. For this, you will need an FTP client – software to connect to your host and transfer files to and from your server. In this video I will show you how to use FileZilla to connect to your WordPress host. Other popular (and free!) ftp clients include: Core FTP and Cyberduck Also, if your cpanel login does not work, then you’ll want to find your ftp section in your control panel. There, you can create a new user and password for the account or scroll down to the bottom of the page for existing users. You may even have a link to “Configure FTP Client” which will give you an xml file you can upload into your client for pre-defined credentials. Ftp Accounts
